There are many reasons you might not get a job offer after an interview, and some of them are within your control and some are not. For example, the interview is an opportunity for you to ask questions. You need to do some research beforehand and prepare good questions that show interest in and understanding of what the company does. Ideally you should show them at the interview that you can help them meet their goals.
Your resume could also be letting you down in the job search. If you are sending out your resume to every position you possibly can you are not likely to have positive results. Make choices about the kind of job you want and where you want to work. Then target those positions at those companies. Tailor your resume to fit their requirements and they are more likely to respond favorably.
