Jumping ship right after accepting a position isn't always the best move. Consider the pros and cons of both jobs before making a decision. A higher salary doesn't always translate to a better job. Consider the training you need and culture at both companies. You could also use the new offer as a negotiating tool that allows you to stay in the original position.
If you decide to take the new job offer, you need to find a way to leave your short-lived role gracefully. After all, you don't want to burn any bridges. Talk with your boss in person. Let him or her know why you're accepting this other role. Don't forget to express your regret. Mention that you're sorry for the time and thankful for the chance you've had at this company.
