Before the interview, check your current commitments. Is your schedule flexible or do you need to work set hours? Are you available on evenings and weekends? Are you willing to work a varied schedule? Be prepared to discuss scheduling requirements and options during the interview to avoid wasting your time and that of the interviewer.
Quality customer care includes dealing with both happy and unhappy customers. Think about a situation where you handled conflict effectively. Relate the situation to the interviewer and explain how you used your communication skills to rectify the problem. This is also a good time to ask about the store's customer service policy.
