Figure out how the job you want fits into your career plan. Come up with a brief answer that describes how your goals mesh with the company's mission. Show the hiring manager your motivation to grow, learn, and succeed. For example, "I want to learn more about this industry so I can eventually move into management."
You may feel nervous or stressed about an upcoming interview, but taking the time to prepare can improve your confidence and lower your anxiety.
