If you indiscriminately post your resume on every job site you come across, you inevitably will receive a lot of spam. There are better ways to get noticed, however. First, most jobseekers find the best success by sending their resume to specific job openings. This gives you the ability to seek out and select the most appealing opportunities, but it also means hiring managers welcome your application. As a bonus, it also has the lowest chance of resulting in spam.
If you do want to go the job board route, research each job site before posting. You can benefit by discovering each site's success rate, as well as how much spam results from posting there. Discover our own list of recommended job boards.
