Dear Attorney Marshall,
Robert and I have discussed the child custody agreement regarding our minor child Rose Lynn Novak age 12. We agree it is critical that both parents remain involved in Rose’s life and while we’re in agreement it doesn’t hurt to make it official. Here’s what we agreed to
Rose will continue to live with Mary at the martial home and attend her neighborhood school so that her life won’t be disrupted by a move.
Robert will have regular visitation every other weekend from Friday at 6.00 p.m. until Sunday at 6.00 p.m.
Robert will also have every Wednesday from 6.00 p.m. To 9.00 p.m. to spend with Rose.
If Robert plans a vacation to include Rose he needs to give Mary at least two weeks’ notice to avoid possible schedule conflicts.
Visits or outings with Rose outside of the above mentioned schedule are open to Robert with enough notice to avoid conflicts with prior plans of either Mary or Rose.
I trust you’ll put this in legalese but this is what we’ve agreed to. As you can see I’ve copied Robert on this letter so he can review and approve. Thanks for your help.
Regards,
Jameson Gould
