Dear Mr. Greene,
This letter officialy informs you that your employment with Main Street Grease Monkey is being terminated due to performance issues, effective immediately.
Unfortunately, we have no other choice than to make the decision to terminate your employment with us following repeated less-than-satisfactory performance reviews – copies are attached for your reference. You were given ample time to improve and have failed to do so, therefore we have no other choice than to end your professional relationship with us based on standards originally outlined in the training materials given to you when you were hired.
Your final paycheck will be sent in the mail following the issuance of this letter. Please contact Sheryl in payroll if you do not receive it within 5-7 days from the receipt of this letter. This paycheck will also include payment for 2 weeks of remaining vacation time and 5 unused sick days. Please return your keys and company ID badge ASAP, if you haven’t done so already.
