As was discussed in your quarterly review meeting, please let this letter act as written confirmation of termination of your employment. The inability of the branches under your management to attain their minimum productivity quotas has left us with no choice in this matter. Please note that this notice is effective immediately.
The offer letter you signed when you originally took the branch manager position stated that four consecutive quarters of insufficient productivity would lead to termination.
