I am writing this letter of reference on behalf of Carly Santiago, currently employed at Riverfront Dental Center. I was recently informed by Ms. Santiago of her need to relocate to New Parkland, CA due to her husband’s new work assignment. I understand that she has applied for a Dental Hygienist position at New Parkland Dental Associates. I would like to offer my strong recommendation to add Carly to your staff.
Carly has been diligently working at our office for the past six years. She routinely makes an effort to connect with patients, especially children. Carly is well-liked and more than willing to take on a variety of tasks, including getting exam rooms ready for patients and assisting with dental procedures.
In addition to being proficient in all expected duties, Carly took the initiative to develop innovative community outreach programs to promote good oral hygiene skills. She also arrives on time for work and has no problem staying late on days when there is a heavy patient load.
While I am sad to see Carly go, I believe that she will be a welcome addition to your staff. Please call if you should have any questions or need further information.
