I am writing this CNA recommendation letter on behalf of my dear friend and colleague, Jenifer Bridges. I understand she is applying for a position with your hospital. In that regard, I cannot tell you how fortunate you would be to hire Jenifer. We have worked together for four years now and I could not ask for better support.
When she joined our clinic after graduation, Jenifer already had a passion for taking care of people. She was far more than clinical. She was personal. She was driven to make lives better through treatment and compassion. She was also exceptionally enthusiastic in her efforts to make procedures and practice easier for the medical staff. She was instrumental in simplifying our record and communication systems, taking a proactive stance in researching the best ways to upgrade our hardware and software.
While I am devastated to lose her, Jenifer has always made it known her long term goals included working in a hospital, specifically an emergency room where she believed she could help people get through pained circumstances. It is only continued proof of her dedication to helping those who need it most.
I could not recommend a CNA more highly than Jenifer Bridges. She is, and likely always will be, the best nurse I have worked with in my ten years of nursing.
