John Galaraga Owner, Pizza Place 100 Broadway Lane New Parkland, CA, 91010
Dear Mr. Galaraga,
I own the property that is adjacent to your Pizza Place property on the corner of Main Street and Broadway Lane. For the past several months, your customers have been parking on my lawn and throwing debris in my yard. I am writing you this letter to request that you take measures to stop this activity immediately.
In the many years that the previous owners of that property ran their restaurant, I never experienced a single issue with their customers. I do understand that you cannot control the actions of your customers, but I would appreciate it if you would put up signs and garbage cans to help your customers to stop ruining my property.
At this point, I have not yet contacted the city about this because I am confident that you and I can work this out between us. If it becomes apparent that you are not responding to my reasonable requests to curtail this activity, then I will be forced to contact the authorities.
Please call me at 555-332-5343 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss this matter in more detail.
