I am so sorry that I completely missed my appointment yesterday. I had been looking forward to it all week long and I have no idea how I missed it. It isn’t like me to just not show up but I did and I am truly sorry. I know that you are a very busy lady and that every time a client doesn’t show up you miss out on money that you could have made by helping another client instead. This was not my intention and I feel horrible.
Please accept this small gift as a token of how horrible I feel. I know it is just a small gesture but it was the least that I could do. I didn’t mean to be so rude and inconsiderate and it won’t happen again. I hope that you are able to overlook my negligence and continue to work with me in the future.
You are the only hairdresser I trust to take care of my roots and split ends and I would be very upset if you didn’t wish to do my hair anymore.
