Dear Mr. Halper,

This letter is to inform you that, effective immediately, you are not longer an environmental subcontractor on the Thomasville project. Due to an increasing number of environmental violations and project delays that could cost Industrial Remediation significant losses in liquidated damages, I am forced to remove your contract.

Please note that an invoice for all of the violations you have accrued will be sent to your office immediately. Any costs incurred in the process of replacing your company will also be your responsibility, as per our contracting agreement.

After several meetings with you to point out the issues at hand, we were very disappointed when you did not take immediate action to rectify the situation. Our site project manager has several sets of meeting minutes with you and your site manager explaining the issues, so you knew the problems that were mounting and still did nothing to stop them.

If the project does accrue liquidated damages due to your actions, then we will seek those from you as well. Call me at 555-324-3223 or email me at if you have any questions.

Sincerely Yours,

Bruce T. Renton
