Dear Mr. Denny,

I'm writing as a very satisfied guest at your hotel under difficult circumstances. Last month my husband and I and our two children were in New Parkland for a family funeral. I had hastily made reservations for a room with a queen sized bed a sofa bed and a cot. When we arrived and went to our room it was what we had expected.

Unfortunately when we returned from the wake we found that there was a leak in the room directly above ours and water had been dripping onto our belongings that were in the bathroom. Added to the stress of the funeral the damage to our belongings and uninhabitable condition of our room was almost too much to deal with. Thanks to your courteous staff and immediate approval from you we were moved to a suite for the remainder of our stay at no additional up-charge. In addition the hotel paid the cleaning bills for the clothing that had been soiled due to the leak.
