Yeah, … that happens. I’ve worked with fantastic teams, I’ve worked with great people. … there was one time when I, when we had an employee who’d been a fantastic employee and he’d been with the company for a long time but his work was really going in to decline and I’ve met with him several times we laid out a road map for how he might do better but he didn’t improve. And i began to see that he was hurting the team and that he was costing the company money so I made the decision to let him go. It wasn’t easy, it wasn’t pretty … but it was the right thing to do to take care of the company and to take care of my team.
