Because you are bilingual you may be qualified for a number of positions that would be impossible for a speaker of just one language, particularly if you have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable interacting with a variety of people.
Careers for Bilinguals
Many jobs require dual language ability. For example, many industries need employees who can conduct interviews in multiple languages. A field interviewer conducts research and administers surveys for businesses and organizations. A telephone interviewer performs similar work but conducts their interviews over the phone rather than in person. This position can also be called a market researcher. A bilingual interviewer can obtain information from a greater number and more diverse group of people, which is beneficial for organizations that serve the general population and want to know about the needs and opinions of all of their customers.

Your Bilingual Interviewer Application
In addition to your résumé, your application may require a cover letter, college transcripts or other documentation. Depending on the company and the position you are applying for, it may be appropriate to submit a cover letter and résumé in both English and Spanish. This gives your potential employer a sample of your ability and allows your interviewer to evaluate your application in whichever language they prefer to use. You may also wish to include samples of your work in both languages.
When you are applying for a new job it is important to emphasize your most employable traits. Research the position carefully to learn what the employer is looking for and be prepared to demonstrate your skills through your résumé as well as your interview.
