Tell me about a time you used new technology (social media, etc.) to make your job easier. (Good Answer)

…When i was volunteering at the non profit i was in charge of all the social media so I use facebook and twitter to keep in touch with our members to get words out about events, donation drives, donor information, so on… to keep in touch with like minded organizations .. course I also use facebook and twitter to stay in touch with my family and friends and I am familiar with all the regular office technologies that we all grew up with … i use microsoft outlook to organize all my family stuff and can do things like do that here.
