So on my previous job, I volunteer to take on a leadreship role for a prematches team that improve the Q&A process? when I started ,I was a junior member on the team, and I found that the Q&A process was a really slow and inefficient...I talked to a couple of people and everyone agreed that they needed improvement so what we do was we pulled a couple of members from different teams, product, release development, and we went through it and went over any issues we had and kinda talked it out and...we came out something and we present it to the higher OPS and they liked it and over the next couple of months we actually got everything implemented...most things...in the end the Q&A process was more efficient, faster and upon release there were less bugs so...it ended well.
