.. .Good customer service is really just about patience.. . If the customer wants to vent, just let them vent a little bit. You know, sometimes they come in and they don't really know a ton about the product but they're still so opinionated so just let them go on. I mean, one time, I was working and this lady just comes in and she starts yelling at me out of nowhere.. . I let her go on and on but when she was done I kindly just told her like someone is going to help you out you know.. . But if I got impatient with her, you know, I might have gotten upset and lost a customer.
