Yeah, ... that happens. I've worked with fantastic teams, I've worked with great people. ... there was one time when I, when we had an employee who'd been a fantastic employee and he'd been with the company for a long time but his work was really going in to decline and I've met with him several times we laid out a road map for how he might do better but he didn't improve. And i began to see that he was hurting the team and that he was costing the company money so I made the decision to let him go. It wasn't easy, it wasn't pretty ... but it was the right thing to do to take care of the company and to take care of my team.
