How would you deal with a customer who strolls into the cafe, doesn’t order anything and uses the WiFi for hours on end? (Good Answer)

That is a tough one. I think it comes down to company policy, it is nice to hear creating a comfortable environment but if its company policy that customers are able to use WiFi then i think you will just politely ask them to purchase something.
