  • Briefly discuss the types of problems you work with currently.

  • Talk about how these problems have helped you learn and grow as an employee.

  • Bring up how you enjoy a challenge, are great at problem solving, value critical thinking or some other trait that helps you deal with work problems.

  • Make sure to talk about values that line up with the values of the company. If they value teamwork, try to talk about how teamwork helps you deal with problems.
