When an interviewee asks you about the challenges of juggling this job and family life, they are trying to understand what will be expected of them if they were to get this job. Will they be expected to stay late, work weekends or take work home with them They will want to know the values of the company. Most people want to have a life outside of work, and they are just trying to understand if that will be possible with this job. This will help them figure out if they are even interested in the position with your company.
