Dear Mr. Stubblefield,
I was excited to read about the open Commercial Diver position with your company. I have always had a love of scuba diving and the ocean. As a result I completed vocational training through the Commercial Diving Academy and have gained two years of experience as a Commercial Diver working for a large shipping company.
I currently perform underwater welding on ships while ensuring proper gas mix and safety standards. I have exceptional diving and welding skills both sought after qualities within the industry. Following my completion at the CDA I then completed and received my welding certification through the American Welding Society aptly preparing me for my job duties. My particular skill set and knowledge base combined with my education make me a strong candidate for the Commercial Diver job. I have careful focus good attention to detail and extensive knowledge of proper diving technique. I am comfortable working in underwater environments and know how to always follow safety standards.
I know I would make a great choice for your company as a Commercial Diver. I invite you to review my attached resume and to call me to schedule an interview. I look forward to learning more about the position.
Sincerely,
Jamya Patrick
