You shouldn’t need bullets here unless you want to include relevant information that shows why a certain course or degree is helpful to the sales position you are applying for.
List all of your accomplishments in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recently acquired certificate or degree at the top and moving backwards. If you are omitting the dates, you’ll want to list your educational accomplishments by what is most relevant to the sales position being applied for. Start with the most relevant and move down from there.
