Use present tense when discussing a current position
All the specific items listed under each place of employment are pretty good, but for any job you currently have you just want to make sure that everything is in the present tense as opposed to the past tense. For example, one of the tasks listed in this resume sample is, Planned travel arrangements for 3 executives and staff. This should be listed as, Plan travel arrangements for three executives and staff.
This sample resume does a very good job of beginning every bullet point under the experience section with an action word. You do not want to say things like, Accountable for or Responsible for, so the fact that every point begins with a verb is very good. However, you want to do your best to use a wide variety of words, so you are not just saying the same thing over and over. For example, under the previous records management coordinator position, two bullet points begin with the word Planned. One can stay the same, but the other should change, making them look like this:
