The Arbitration Representative Termination Letter lays out the reasons for firing an employee. This satisfies important legal and financial requirements and must be worded carefully and clearly. A statement of the employment termination reason and date is essential. Including performance reviews in the assessment can show that the termination process was fair and equitable.

Dear Luke Hansen,
You are hereby officially being terminated due to your repeated performance issues effective immediately. The Arbitration Representative must be very diplomatic in every way, shape and form. You have repeatedly displayed a cavalier attitude and failed to complete your duties faithfully.
By the time that individuals, organizations or corporations reach arbitration, they have already failed to resolve their problems using other available methods. The Arbitration Representative must be fair and diplomatic in all communications. Repeatedly, your communications have been prejudicial, judgmental and incendiary. We have discussed these problems with you, yet you have not changed your behavior. Due to these performance issues, your employment is being terminated immediately.
You have earned five weeks vacation and some company stock, contact Human Resources for more information. Also, please return your security badge and any flash drives to the security guards as you leave. Good luck.
Sincerely,
June Cleaver
