To Whom It May Concern:
This recommendation letter is written for Thomas Wilson, one of the best Picker and Packers I have had the pleasure of working for me. From an enthusiastic attitude to managing customer orders, Tom was the gentleman I could depend on to get things done.
While Tom was hired as a general picker-packer, I eventually moved Tom over to the perishable goods department. It seemed a logical choice as Tom’s care and detail-specific approach to filling orders aligned with I wanted in an area that required these characteristics. I still pat myself on the back for the decision because customer complaints about improper packaging and damage of perishables dropped significantly after Tom joined that team. His influence was obviously significant as that level of quality has been maintained since his departure.
I do not know what else I can say about Tom except I wish I had at least two like him on every shift. There is no doubt wherever you put him, Thomas Wilson will be a star.
Regards,
Daniel Winston
