Dear Mr. Philips,
This is to inform you that you have missed a third consecutive scheduled appointment to discuss the possibility of our company carrying your line of industrial drains. Our appointment was scheduled for July 10 2014 at 300 p.m. and I was extremely disappointed when you did not show. As we discussed in our phone conversation the week prior to the appointment any cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to our appointment time.
I am certain that your products are of the highest quality but your unreliable nature has cast a serious shadow of doubt on your company’s reputation. I had moved several appointments around that week to make sure that we kept our meeting which you assured me was going to take place. Due to your lack of respect for myself and my company we are choosing to not allow any rescheduled appointments from this point on.
If your sales manager calls to inquire about the situation I will be more than happy to explain what has happened and why our two companies can no longer discuss business.
Sincerely,
Ms. Josue Ortega
