Dear Mr. Gadd:
This letter is being issued to inform you your Loan Officer position with Amble Financial Services is being terminated. This takes effect in two weeks, on April 12, 2015, but you are no longer required to come into the office.
Amble has built its reputation on sound financial advice and accuracy in its research. You were forewarned during your last performance evaluation that there had to be improvement. Otherwise, we would have to take action. You were not only risking our reputation, but our clients’ goals for financial success. You have become an obstacle to your department’s operations and forced your manager and colleagues to review everything you do after the fact. And according to their reports, a huge portion of your work has to be modified or redone.
As stipulated in the agreement signed during your last evaluation, if Amble saw no improvement on your part during a six month probationary period we would take action. You will be paid until the aforementioned April 12. If you have any questions, contact Human Resources.
Regards,
Nolan Santana
