This letter outlines a last chance agreement that allows continued employment with Company Name. To stay in our employ you must sign and adhere to the conditions of this agreement in every way. While Northeastern 1st values all its employees we ask that everyone maintain a uniform code of conduct that fits our image.
We believe you have stepped outside the behaviors we expect from all our employees and have spoken to you about this on no less than two occasions. Your lateness and errors in business decisions notwithstanding there was the recent incident in Boston that embarrassed the entire company in front of a valued client. To stay with us there must be an immediate change in behavior.
Beginning with the date of this letter you understand that you have entered into a six month probationary period. During this time your work and actions will be monitored closely and used to determine your continued value to Northeastern 1st. Sign below if you are (a) in agreement with these terms and (b) understand this agreement does not guarantee employment for any length of time.
