This financial agreement letter is to set forth the terms of any services our firm provides on your behalf. Please review this letter carefully. If you agree to the terms sign at the bottom and return it to me. If any portion of this letter raises concerns please contact me directly. Terms of Agreement You understand that you will be obligated to provide payment (a 15 percent commission) for any financial services received through our office. It is understood that commissions will be based on both initial transaction and any profits from said transaction. The commission applies to all and any transactions executed on your behalf by our firm.Said payments will be taken (a) at the beginning of every transaction (b) at any time you choose to remove funds and (c) at the close of any transaction. You will receive monthly statements concerning the state of any and all transactions. You may also review transactions by logging onto our website at any time.
