There have been numerous safety and health issues resulting from your neglect as a Caregiver. When given responsibility over another human, there are very high standards to fulfill. This is your official two weeks notice.
There have been many complaints from both patients and staff concerning your work. Your neglect and lack of oversight in caring for your patients has forced us to release you for poor performance. This negative behavior reflects badly on our company and brand. You are being given two weeks notice for the cessation of your employment with our firm.
You have qualified for three weeks vacation and two days of sick pay. Please contact Human Resources for more information. Also, bring your security badge and uniform to the Head Nurse before you leave. Good luck.
