Dear Mack Daley,
Due to numerous performance issues, your employment with us as an Apprentice Electrician is being terminated upon reception of this letter. Numerous quality assessments revealed that your wiring skills were not up to par with our high expectations. Unfortunately, your work did not improve and your employment is being terminated as a result.
After installing wires into numerous buildings, we noticed that they were not performing they way that they should have been. Master electricians reviewed your work and noticed your numerous mistakes. These electricians discussed your mistakes with you and showed you the proper techniques. Unfortunately, you continued to under-perform and we must terminate your employment.
You have qualified for two weeks vacation and some company stock, contact Human Resources for more details. Please return your tools, work belt and uniform to the security guards as you leave.
