Now that the economy is slowly getting back on its feet, several fields are showing signs of improvement. Although people in the hotel industry may see a brighter outlook than their current state, experts are quick to caution that they will improve on a slow basis. The hotel industry was dramatically affected by the large number of cancellations after many people could not afford to travel anymore, according to Hotel News Now. Those with careers in hotel management are pointing out that that although recovery is on the horizon, it may be a slow process for those in the field. "There are more shoes to drop," Mike Shannon, managing director of KSL Capital Partners, told the news provider. "As the private side recovers, the government side is getting worse and worse and worse.
