For people who love to explore new areas and are considered the adventurous type, a career in the traveling industry can be an ideal fit. Whether it's working in a hotel or for an airline, jobs in the field have the potential to open doors to various places and cultures.

Now, individuals looking to break into the industry may have the chance, as a new jobs bill with a focus on transportation advances to the House, according to Finance-commerce.com.

With this bill, railway company Amtrak would be allotted $800 million for the creation of new jobs, which could include anything from manufacturers to conductors.

Airports could also be a winner from this bill, with $500 million going towards creating new jobs. This would be a welcomed boost for the air travel industry, as some airlines have reported low numbers due to fewer people traveling.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that railroad conductor openings will see a 7% increase by 2018. Following closely, all fields related to air travel will see an increase of 7.5% in the next eight years.ADNFCR-1502-ID-19519639-ADNFCR
