Katrina graduated from the University of San Francisco with a BA in Entrepreneurship. She first joined the LiveCareer team as a Customer Service Representative, and has since transitioned into Product Marketing. She enjoys encountering the multitude of personalities and backgrounds of our customers, and takes pride in helping them get the most out of all our products.

Joanna is a Product Manager at LiveCareer with a background in marketing, web design, web testing and content development. She has a bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and completed her MBA from the University of San Francisco. When not at LiveCareer, Joanna can be found exploring San Francisco by foot, salivating at one of SF's newest restaurants or savoring a vintage in wine country.

Rocco graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in English. He has worked in sports journalism and career writing, and has published over 100 articles. Rocco currently lives in San Francisco, California, where he is emotionally and physically tested on a daily basis by a need to read, write and eat burritos.

Claire, currently a member of LiveCareer's Marketing team, originally joined LiveCareer as an intern during her days at Cornell University. In addition to dabbling with article writing for the Editorial Team, much of Claire’s time at work is centered around social media, marketing communications and product marketing. In her time away from the office, you can find Claire running around the many neighborhoods of San Francisco, or exploring all that the city has to offer with her family and friends.

Amy is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and has been writing resumes for professionals since 2003. She has a bachelor’s degree in technical communication, with a diverse career history in technical and marketing writing for companies including Pfizer and Thompson Peterson’s, as well as executive recruiting background, working to place engineers, architects, and emergency room physicians. Amy began writing resumes as a freelancer, and enjoyed helping others achieve their career goals so much she decided to make it a full-time career for herself.

Barbara is an administrative staffer at LiveCareer and recently returned to her San Francisco roots after living for three years in Chico, California. While in Chico, Barbara worked for ChicoBag and was the editor and regular contributor of that company’s environmentally friendly blog, BagMonster. Barbara also co-writes a "mommy" blog along with her daughter, who lives in Atlanta, Georgia. Barbara is extremely interested in all things career, job, and resume-related and is happy share her knowledge with our readers. She and her husband, Robert, are empty-nesters who enjoy exploring the multitude of fine eateries and watering holes in the Bay Area.

Gabrielle has been writing and editing professionally since earning a BA in English from Northern Illinois University. In addition to her role on the Editorial team, she also writes and edits resume content for LiveCareer. Nicolet has extensive experience in technical writing, UI copy, editing, content management, quality assurance, web publishing, formatting and procedural documentation. As a certified personal trainer and former probation officer, she also enjoys writing about health, fitness and criminal justice in her spare time.

Katie is a Content Writer with LiveCareer, and is happy to be a part of a growing network of innovative thinkers. After earning her Bachelor's degree in English from lovely UC Santa Barbara, she has dipped her toes into a variety of industries, from nonprofits to healthcare recruiting. Her experience as a recruiter piqued her interest in professional resume writing and lead to a position writing career content for LiveCareer. When she's not at work, Katie enjoys singing and getting inspiration from the many live music venues and open mic nights San Francisco has to offer.

Jenny is a career advisor and job search expert who provides consultation for staffing firms, hiring managers and job seekers across every industry. She has extensive experience writing in the career world, and particularly enjoys writing about interviewing, the job search, and also anything related to Gen Y and entry-level career advice.
