I think that your site is a great asset to anyone looking for a job. The site gave so many ideas about how to construct your resume and cover letters. There were things on there that I wouldn't have considered putting in a cover letter. Also, it gave me great ideas on my resume. I am sure that it why I got called back so quickly. I thought the site was GREAT and easy to navigate. I appreciated the prompt responses to my emails and chats. The chat feature was very helpful. It would be nice if you could contact someone via phone or chat over the weekend and/or during longer hours.

Just wanted to compliment on your service & on your employee, Lina. I have never had to type a resume before. LiveCareer made it easy & eased my fear of typing a resume. Although I did encounter, what I thought to be a HUGE disaster. I was trying to edit some info, hit the back button one too many times & thought I lost EVERYTHING! Thanks to your "live chat" & Lina's expertise I was able to retrieve all my info. Lina was also kind enough to stay on with me until I was completely finished, answering any & all questions I had.

Thank you for this service! I needed to put together a resume and didn't really know how to go about it. What I really appreciated was the tips that you could pull over and yet change to match your situation. I was thrilled to find suggestions of things I do on almost an everyday basis, as a nurse, but, didn't think of putting on a resume.
Anyway...I thoroughly enjoyed your service and kudos.
